I am having enough sleep everyday + more than enough foods
how come still so weak??
I have summoned all strength le...
yesterday luckily mdm tay let me off at 3.30
or else I would have collapsed for sure..
I don't understand..
why the sch emphasis so much in promoting health lifestyle on eating well???
balance diet??
yet not emphasis on sleeping well??
